YBS International Berhad (formerly known as LNG Resources Berhad) was incorporated in Malaysia as a public limited company in year 2002 under the Companies Act, 2016 as an investment holding company and was officially listed on the MESDAQ Market of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in year 2003.

YBS Group is led by a strong Board of Directors and Management Team with substantial commercial knowledge and experience. By leveraging operational and business best practices across the Group we enhance and improve our performance year on year. We will continue to invest in order to support growth to ensure that we continue to create value for shareholders.
